DCI Offers cash reward for tips on the Kware serial killer suspect



The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has issued an urgent appeal to the public in its search for Collins Jumaisi Khalusha, a suspected serial killer who has allegedly confessed to the brutal murders of 42 women in Kware. Authorities are now offering a substantial cash reward for any credible information that leads to his arrest.


Khalusha, whose killing spree has shocked the nation, is reportedly from Shiru Sub-location, Shaviringa Location, Hamisi Sub-county in Vihiga County. The DCI statement called for nationwide cooperation and stressed that any tips would be treated with strict confidentiality.


"A significant cash reward will be provided to anyone with credible information leading to the suspect's arrest,” the DCI announced. "If you have any information regarding Collins Jumaisi Khalusha’s whereabouts, we encourage you to share it confidentially through the anonymous #FichuaKwaDCI hotline at 0800722203 or reach out to police on 999, 911, or 112."
